We are happy to discuss with you different options available  that will best suits your meeting room needs:

  • The board room is available to hire by the hour/half day or any period that suits

  • The air conditioned room is located on the ground floor of a modern business park complex

  • Less than 10km from Christchurch International Airport

  • Seating is available for 10 -12 guests in plush boardroom comfort

  • The board room adjoins the very popular Caffe 1808, an ideal venue for mid meeting breaks

  • Catering is available to the board room for morning tea, lunch and afternoon teas

  • Water and glasses provided

  • Large 65" screen

  • Whiteboard

  • Access to internet

  • Street parking is available and additional parking at rear of building

  • Half Day Hire: $95

We are happy to discuss catering options to suit your needs - vegetarian, gluten free, savoury, sweet - whatever you want we can arrange it for you.

 

Barista made coffee is also available; put in your order and we will bring it through!

If you need somewhere to hold a product launch, special event or party, contact us to see how we can help you make it a great one!

Our cafe can be hired outside of hours and in weekends and we can provide all your bar and catering needs.
